Back from Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Colorado. The hiking was great in Rocky Mountain National Park and the scenery was beautiful. The weather was cool. We hiked 20 miles in the first three days. The hikes were definitely rewarding. We saw beautiful waterfalls, lakes and numerous animals. This year provided the greatest variety of animals we have ever seen - squirrels, chipmunks, marmots, deer, elk, quail and a coyote.
It was great to see so many animals. We had fun taking pictures of them. But they still can't replace our love for Hollands. We really missed our Hollands. Jim and Luke took great care of them while we were gone. But it is great to be back. Ruffles had one broken black bunny while we were gone. She was due on the 14th but didn't have her baby until the 18th. The baby's father is Frazier. So we expect great things from the baby.
Unfortunately, Zoe lost her broken sable point while we were gone. But the rest of the bunnies are doing well. It is amazing how much they grow when you don't see them for a week. Now we can start playing with the babies. That is the best part of coming home.
